Our bodies need 3 things: activity, healthy fuel, and rest. Like your car, if we wait until something is malfunctioning there may be irreparable damage. September 19, 2013 8:09 amGreat educational interview. A lot of good points made and taken. I have been a fitness fan for over 10 years but started learning about HIT from Dwayne Wimmer only over 2 wks ago through his book recommendations and online videos and pushed myself above my comfort zone and even in such short time of 2 weeks I have already been able to cut my training time around 45 minutes per week and still feeling strong and fit since I am getting more of my time at the gym.
