Belly Pilates’ owner, Kelly McBride, is a busy mother of three children. Kelly is the ONLY comprehensively certified Pilates instructor in the tri-state area, who is solely dedicated to provide Education, Energy and Exercise for Every Stage of Motherhood. Kelly draws upon her in-depth knowledge & understanding of a woman’s body through her diverse training & certifications. Kelly has a Comprehensive PMA Pilates Certification.  Kelly has spent years studying, training, and teaching alongside the country’s Pregnancy/Postpartum experts to become a Master Instructor of Prenatal and Postpartum Pilates and Pelvic Floor Specialist. Kelly passion for “motherhood” extends beyond exercise to become a DONA Postpartum Doula. 

Through Pilates based exercises, Kelly will help maintain strength and alignment during pregnancy and correct postpartum imbalances, which can impede a full recovery back to your pre-pregnancy stability, shape and fitness level.
