Dwayne Wimmer Will Be Presenting at REC – Resistance Exercise Conference

The Resistance Exercise Conference 2019I have been an attendee at The Resistance Exercise Conference (REC) every year since the inception of the conference in 2011, I was last asked to speak in 2013.  I can’t wait for REC this year, where I’ll be presenting a rapid segment talk on “Planning, Persistence & Procrastination – 3 P’s to Success”. The RAPID segment is a new feature of the conference this year, where presenters will be educating the audience on their topic in only four minutes. The 2019 REC Resistance Exercise Conference will be back in Minneapolis, Minnesota and will take place on March 22nd-23rd this year.

My talk will be about how to manage being a busy professional and learning to prioritize your precious time, and how a busy trainer can be successful in business by managing their time, persevering, and using “Procrastination” to further their knowledge of key fitness principles even when they’re not training clients.
