I Will Be Attending the Resistance Exercise Conference in Minneapolis

I am very excited to be attending the Resistance Exercise Conference 2018 in Minneapolis, put on by my friend Luke Carlson. I look forward to the conference every year, as I have been attending since its inception in 2011, and I was asked to be a presenter in 2013. This years schedule is amazing, as usual. The conference is Friday and Saturday March 9th & 10th at The Graduate Hotel in Minneapolis, MN. The conference runs from 4:30 to 8:30pm on Friday, Day 1 with a Social event after the day’s activities.  The social is always fun and a great way to network with other professionals in the field. The second day, Saturday always starts with early workout at on of the Discover Strength facilities followed by the conference from 9am to 4pm ending with the keynote presentation by James Fisher PhD.
