I started working out at Vertex Fitness, mainly because I have arthritis in most of my major joints from an accident years ago, and do not want to have to take medication. I knew that strengthening the muscles would support the joints better, and reduce the discomfort I was feeling, but one of my knees is so fragile that I could not find a trainer that I trusted enough to work around it without doing any damage. All of the trainers at Vertex know how to work with and around injuries of all sorts, and they know how to push to get the maximum benefit out of every session.
With two 1/2 hour sessions a week, I have much less pain in my joints and a lot more energy over all. My whole body looks and feels more tightly put together, and works better than it has in years. Thanks Vertex!!
